Where do I begin with the comments on my satisfaction with the level of performance JST has received from Mid American Group? First and foremost are the traffic cost savings you were able to get for us, not only in the medical, dental and life insurance rates but also in the administrative functions of COBRA, FSA, FMLA, 5500 filing, compensation statements, etc.

In addition to the financial savings, your focus on "customer service" is second to none! I must admit that in the beginning I was a little skeptical by the sales pitch, thinking it was too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised that miracles do happen in a world of empty promises.

"Thanks so much Lisa! When I filled out the claims I remember thinking don't forget to put flex card and then I didnt!!! I really appreciate the small company feel I get from Mid American and the big company service. Until our company signed up with you, it was a major task to get FSA reimbursements and there was no on-line communication you'd have to call and wait and wait and wait.

I don't know how you guys do it, but as a customer I really appreciate the personal touch!
